Up and down
Feast or famine
Push and pull
Right or wrong
Tensions are high
Ideas are stifled
How can we grow?

Could we? Please? Pretty please? My 8th graders want naps now, but in kindergarten, they hated them! 🙂
I’d go with a school siesta!

This poem captures the feelings of angst that pervade schools nowadays. Where is the time to just breathe? Simple but elegant! Thank you 🙂

I feel like you captured some of what I’ve been feeling lately. How do we get to a place where we don’t feel this way? p.s. That’s just what I needed today – a little nap time!
