Last week I wrote about the power of hugs and about one ambush hug from Dawn. It seems hugs are contagious because since last week, my texts have been blowing up with photos of hugs happening. Even when I’m not the recipient, these hugs have all brought me joy. A takeaway has been that we all need more hugs. As we were chatting about hugs this week, one of my colleagues said, “I’ll take one.” Hugs for everyone. May this love last far beyond Valentine’s Day and continue to spread across the year!

It’s been quite a week of hugging. I agree, these pictures make me laugh – and laughs, like hugs, are good for everyone’s health!

Hugs are a powerful thing. Google search ’20 second hug’ and you will be amazed at the power of a hug. Thanks for reminding me I’m not hugging enough! 🙂

Such wonderful, happy images. Hugs are near and dear to my heart as well. One of the hardest parts of living alone is the lack of hugs!
